Your California Rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page addresses your right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA and similar U.S. state laws, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
Our position
MSP Revenue Architecture does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not intend to.
Because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is nothing for you to opt out of. We provide this page so your right is stated plainly and is easy to act on.
What “sell” and “share” mean here
- Sell means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- Share means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for money.
Disclosures to our service providers, who process information only on our behalf and under contract, are not “sales” or “sharing.”
Submitting a request anyway
If you would still like to submit a do-not-sell-or-share request, or exercise any other privacy right, email privacy@msprevenuearchitecture.com. We will confirm our practices and honor your preference. You may use an authorized agent where permitted, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by law.
