Terms of Use

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of msprevenuearchitecture.com (the “Site”), operated by MSP Revenue Architecture (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals evaluating our services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you agree to use the Site for lawful business purposes only.

What the Site is

The Site describes the Revenue Architecture framework and the Revenue Architecture Diagnostic, and lets you request the Diagnostic through a qualification form. The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to form a contract for services; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us.

The Diagnostic and paid engagements

We describe the Diagnostic and its price on the Site for transparency. Requesting the Diagnostic through the form is a request only; it does not create an engagement or an obligation on either side. If we proceed, the scope, fee, and terms of the Diagnostic and any later work will be set out in a separate engagement agreement, which controls over the Site in the event of any conflict.

No professional advice

The Site and its content are provided for general information and do not constitute business, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Revenue Architecture framework, text, graphics, the schematic and other diagrams, logos, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to public pages.

Your submissions

When you submit information through the form or otherwise, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in violation of any law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data except as expressly permitted; introduce malware; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information is complete or current. See our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date, and your continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MSP Revenue Architecture is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
