Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MSP Revenue Architecture (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit msprevenuearchitecture.com (the “Site”) or request the Revenue Architecture Diagnostic. We wrote it to be read, not to hide behind. If anything here is unclear, contact us at privacy@msprevenuearchitecture.com.

Who we are

MSP Revenue Architecture provides revenue-architecture advisory services to owner-led managed service providers. For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws, we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Diagnostic request / qualification form. Your name, company name, email address, and your answers to the qualification questions (your role, revenue range, revenue model, who closes your deals, what you have already tried, what you want done, your acknowledgment of the price, and your open-text response). We do not ask for a phone number.
  • Communications. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we collect the contents of those communications and your contact details.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Log and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Security and anti-spam data: information collected by our spam-protection provider to distinguish humans from automated bots.

Information from third parties

We generally do not purchase or acquire personal information about you from third parties. Our service providers process information on our behalf as described below.

How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • evaluate and respond to your Diagnostic request, and determine whether we are a fit;
  • communicate with you about your request, our services, and scheduling;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and spam; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use your information to serve you advertising, and we do not sell it. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business and responding to your inquiries; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract; and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share personal information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, form processing and storage, and spam protection. They may process personal information only on our instructions and for the purposes described here.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests or legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses a deliberately small set of cookies and similar technologies. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy and Your Privacy Choices.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy, including to respond to your request, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • to access or know what personal information we hold about you;
  • to correct inaccurate information;
  • to delete your information;
  • to obtain a portable copy;
  • to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do not engage in these);
  • to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for those purposes);
  • to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email us at privacy@msprevenuearchitecture.com. We will verify your request as required by law before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted. See Your Privacy Choices for more detail.

U.S. state privacy rights (including California)

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, the rights above apply to you to the extent provided by law. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA; see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (such as name and email), commercial and professional information (such as your company and your business answers), and internet or network activity (such as log data). We collect this information from you and automatically from your device and use and disclose it for the business purposes described above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit.

EEA and UK rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date, and we will identify material changes.
